What I Eat In A Day: Vegetarian Meals

Keeping up a healthy lifestyle can be a hustle, especially if you’re used to doing certain things like, drinking soda with every meal, not having enough water, not exercising, or not sleeping enough hours.

One of the things that have helped me integrate more healthy habits into my life is a Morning Routine, and part of that routine is having food that fuels my body.
