For the past 15 years, I’ve learned that the weather influences your hair’s state.
Even if it’s straight, curly, short, or coarse, your hair will react to your climatic circumstances, just like your skin.
After spending my whole life living in an extremely humid climate, I have seen my hair change drastically while living in New York. Having very fine-thin hair, it can be challenging learning how to take care of it.
As of now in the cold winter of NYC, my hair is always straight, which means it won’t hold on to curls, and it won’t stay still because of the amount of static.
I also noticed that my hair was very dry especially on the ends, which I had to trim after a while. For this, I knew I had to look for products and ingredients that promote moisture, hydration and protection for my hair during the extreme climate changes.
Here are the products that I’ve been loving and using to clean, moisture, style and protect my hair:

I hope this helps you to have a better look at the ingredients you should have in your hair care routine.
Don’t forget to share this post and comment which is your favorite hair product. If you’ve tried any of these, what was your experience?
XOXO,
